Job description:
  • With enthusiasm and professionalism, communicate with travelers by phone, chat, and email to make them feel heard and appreciated.
  • Manage their hotel and flight reservations or car rentals.
  • Protect travelers confidential data so they know their data is in good hands.
  • Join a dynamic team where passion meets purpose, and work together to provide customers with professional service.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Dutch at C1 level and English at B2 level.
  • Positive energy and proactivity.
  • Desire to develop in the tourism industry.
