• Providing customer support in the installation and operation of security cameras.
• Answering customer inquiries - phone/chat/email.
• Entering data into the system.

• Knowledge of Swedish language B2/C1.
• Communicative knowledge of English (B2).
• Openness in customer relations.
• Ability to communicate freely over the phone.
• Six months of experience in customer service or in the field of new technologies.
