Your responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with a strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Providing support to customers navigating digital channels.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting product issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit and providing guidance to achieve this.
  • Preparing detailed reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
  • Monitoring the resolution process of customers technical issues to ensure accurate and effective solutions regarding products, features, and characteristics.
  • Assisting customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts.
  • Committing to delivering high-quality service in alignment with KPI targets.
Our requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English or Russian (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong interest in new technologies.
  • At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of law, particularly in consumer rights and data protection.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on working with people.
  • High level of personal culture and customer orientation.
  • Strong commitment and motivation to work.
