Job description:
  • Customer Support: Handling calls and emails, assisting in resolving technical issues.
  • Problem Solving: Using your technical expertise to find quick solutions for customers.
  • Data Entry: Ensuring accuracy when inputting information into the system to maintain smooth processes.
  • Building Relationships: Establishing long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers through professional communication.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German C1 level – You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers.
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training.
  • Openness and strong communication skills – Your approach to customers will help them feel comfortable and understood.
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills – We emphasize growth and a desire to learn.

  • Technical knowledge – This will help in solving daily challenges, but its not required at the start – we will teach you everything!

  • Base salary of 7500 PLN gross – We appreciate your time and dedication.
  • 8:00 - 18:00 Monday-Friday.
  • Fully paid 5-week training program, combining "learning by doing" with the support of a dedicated mentor.
